How 3 days unfolds
Day 1 — Discovery
30-min discovery call. Define core user, single most-important user journey, success criterion. 1-page brief signed by both sides.
Day 2 — Design + scaffold
Designer ships 4–6 Figma screens. AI engineer scaffolds the front-end in v0 or Lovable, wires data with mock APIs.
Day 3 — Hardening + handover
Senior engineer hardens the code (auth, basic state mgmt, deployable build), pushes to Vercel, walkthrough call. You receive: public URL, GitHub repo, Figma file, Loom walkthrough.
