Pay only after a successful sprint delivery. Opt out at any sprint boundary.
Every sprint runs against a signed Statement of Work. At sprint end you accept the deliverable, then we invoice. If you don't accept, you don't pay. Partial code and assets remain yours. Opt-out at any sprint boundary, no exit fees.
If you reject the deliverable for not meeting the SOW, the sprint is unbilled. Disputes are arbitrated against the SOW.
The deliverable is defined in the SOW before the sprint starts. Either we shipped it or we didn't — there is no ambiguity.
3-Day AI Prototype Delivery Promise
Your AI Prototype Sprint is delivered by end of Day 3 or you get a $500 credit.
The AI Prototype Sprint kicks off on a Monday. By end-of-day Wednesday, you receive a public Vercel URL, GitHub repo in your org, Figma file, and a 15-minute Loom walkthrough. If we miss Day 3, the credit lands automatically with the invoice.

If your first paid Build Sprint doesn't meet the SOW, full refund within 14 days.
At end of your first paid Build Sprint (Light or Full), if you assess that the deliverable doesn't meet the signed SOW, submit a refund request within 14 days. We refund the full sprint price. The deliverable code remains yours.

6-Week Idea-to-App Promise
If your scope fits, we ship in 6 weeks — or extend the engagement at our cost.
The 6-Week bundle is Discovery (1 wk) + Design (2 wks) + 1 Full Build (2 wks) + 1-week buffer. Scope-fit is determined in Discovery — that's the gate. If we sign off that the scope fits the 6-week pattern but we miss the date, the additional sprints to complete are free.

100% IP transfer from the first commit. No port-out fees, ever.
Git repo created in your organization on Day 1 of any Build Sprint. We commit directly to your repo. You own the repo, the commits, the deploy artifacts, and any third-party licenses procured for the project. We retain no copies post-engagement.
If we ever fail to transfer code, designs, or licensed assets at engagement end, you owe nothing for the final sprint and retain everything delivered to date.
Many shops 'license' code back with port-out fees that lock you in. We don't. The repo lives in your org from Day 1 — there's nothing to port out.
Guarantees, answered
None. The guarantees are contractual — they appear in the Statement of Work for every applicable sprint. The trade-off, if you'd call it that, is scope discipline: every sprint runs against a signed SOW. Loose scope at sprint kickoff makes the guarantees impossible to verify, so we invest time up-front (often via a Discovery Sprint) defining what 'meets the SOW' actually means.
